  We love seeing photos of our furbabies. It’s sometimes hard to know how to fit them into the limited space or measurements.
  
  I use a free, downloadable program called VarieDrop. I feel safe downloading freeware from CNET, so here’s a link:

  You can preset up to 4 different sizes, and once that’s done, you just drag and drop any pix into the preset square, and it automatically creates a copy right next to your original, with an id so you can tell the difference. It’s really excellent! (I preset one for the maximum size photos allowed in posts on Binkybunny, and one for the max. for signature pix.)
  
  I first heard about it years ago here, so am passing along the info. again.

  I’ll try. I think 800×600 is rather big though. I set this one to 500 KB, 800×600. It’s 104 Kb even if I set it to 500. Pics bigger than about this width will distort the page.

  Yes I’ll have to play around with that app. I set the second JPEG to 400 x 400 it seemed okay, but not for every picture.

  The other way to do it is to upload them too a hosting site such as imgur or photobucket and then specify the height or width of the photo (if you put only one it will automatically scale the picture.
  
  On HTML mode you would type <img decoding="async" src="Link Ending In .JPG/direct link" width="500/" /> <textarea>

  Where do you put the hotmail ? Change the bottom selection of the reply box to HTML ?

  Without the ““. My iPad is being weird and not letting me access desktop view while simultaneously putting a blank box into the forum with just the I gave code and not displaying the code box using that HTML.

  Unbelievable. It’s changed it where I didn’t want textarea but not where I did. Edited so that the box is gone… Using exactly the same coding so there’s no rhyme or reason to this, but now my instructions are actually readable.

  I just hit the HTML tab at the bottom and pasted in the code. Yes that seemed quite skilled of you putting in that box. Alas I have found the way to have evenly lined up pictures ! Thank you
