Armadillo started to lose some fur on the back of his ears, I don’t know what is causing it: mites? Also a bit on his nose and chin. But his ears look different. There isnt any sort of dandruff or white patches. Its smooth and pink. The one on his nose is whitish and the chin is too. But the chin is growing the fur back, so is the fur on his nose, its a tiny little hole the size of a little rabbit dropping and it isnt spreading either. It might be mites but I’m not too sure. The fur on his ears dont seem to be growing back. Its just bare like a newborn rabbit, all pink and smooth, only on the back though. Any ideas? I’m thinking mites but I dont have enough for a vet bill…

Could be mites or pattern shedding, they do look funny when shedding. Rupert had mites -which apparently are around all the time but become an issue when they are ill with something else. It wasn’t a huge bill at all-they just examine and treat with revolution.
          Is your bunny itchy?
Might be worth watching for either improvement or worsening, and if it worsens go in (worsen as in, discomfort, not eating, or more fur loss)

It looks like a bit more fur is coming off, but it doesnt seem to bother him its winter and he doesnt seem to be shedding top much.
