  Hello, everyone!
  
  I wanted to introduce myself and my bun, Chewie. I rescued my furbaby from K’s Path (the main local animal shelter) and I love him to distraction. After a number of playdates and even a few patient bonding attempts, he has made it clear that he is happiest as mommy’s only fluffy little marshmallow.
  
  This is also a good opportunity to say thanks to all the wonderful bun parents who post on this forum. BinkyBunny has been my trusty guide since the day I decided to adopt a bunny, and if Chewie’s daily exhibitions of happiness are an indicator, we haven’t been led astray yet.

  Welcome ! I never saw another bunny parent from Kuwait on this forum Chewie is such a cute name. Pretty apt too. How is it there in Kuwait ? Do many people keep bunnies ? And yes, please do post a picture of little Chewie.

  Sadly, here bunnies are seen as disposable pets to be painted rainbow colours and handed out to small children as party favours. I only know a handful of good bun parents locally.
  
  I’m just glad that I had the good fortune to be picked by my furbaby and now have the privilege to be the mommy of this beautiful small soul.

  Aww, he’s so cute!!! Beautiful color! I’m sorry to hear that about rabbits in Kuwait, I’m happy for this little guy though who has found a loving bunny-mommy!

  He’s the colour of dandelion fluff – except for his chest and tummy, which are snow white.
  
  Since he’s cage-free with no restrictions, my mom jokes that he floats around the house. lol He is pretty soft and fluffy, so she’s not too far off the mark.

  Disposable pet is a harsh word, but sadly its true. I come from India and I do have met people who seem to love their rabbits, but they dont respect them. They dont take them seriously. Here in our part of the world, buying rabbits or any animal from a pet shop is equal to rescuing them.
  
  I love the color of his fur. And his helicopter ears ^_^
