My midnite has sore hocks! Vet said bag balm and some fleece on the bottom of his cage. She said the exposed skin the fur will never grow back but its not so bad she has seen a lot worse. Poor bunny. But he loves his new digs loves the fleece which surprises me HE HATES ANYTHING NEW in his cage.

Glad to see that you have found something he likes that should solve the problem.
I have a sponge mattress in my boos cage with a bed sheet round it to stop her eating it.
          She loves it

I’m glad too you’ve found sth that works. Bunnies can really be very stubborn about what’s acceptable in their living areas
