I have 12 wk old litter mates.  1 male and 1 female.   We have an appointment in 4 wks to get them spayed and neutered.   Last night I saw Gilfred mount his sister.   Should I be worried and separate them until I get them to the vet?  Or is this typical?   I wasn’t even sure they were mature enough to mate or if he’s just being a “male” and trying to show dominance?

        Thanks!

Yes and yes, -yes separate and yes it’s normal. Rabbits breed like rabbits.

Separate them immediately. Rabbits are induced ovulators meaning they ovulate when they are being mated.
