Here’s some questions:

What’s your bunny’s or bunnies’ favorite food(s)?
How do they prefer to eat their hay?
Do they eat their veggies all at once or throughout the day?

My bun’s favorite food is any edible item I am holding, he prefers to eat his hay just in his litterbox without any container but it’s too messy so I keep it in a tail wide box with two circles cut in the front to eat of, and if I skipped a day of salad then the next day he gobbles it down like there is no tommrow and leaves a little for the the night but when is don’t skip a day he eats about half of it when he gets it and slowly finishes the other half throughout the day.

The hay is indeed in my bunny’s litter tray.
He is a free range bun and still young. If i don’t put the hay in the litter tray, he will poo wherever the hay is available to him haha.
He really loves mango and watermelon because he gets this only once a month i guess.
Every green vegetable isn’t safe overhere and his pellets… he loves his pellets!(SS)

Oh yes my little boy loves his pellets too! He seems to respond to them very well as treats so I have started not feeding them to him worh his veg in the morning as I think we have been over feeding him. He eats all his veg in one go too. He always seems so hungry! I don’t know if other bunnies are like that. I think he has put weight on though so we are trying to stop feeding him all the extras.
He is funny about hay too. He only seems to eat it in the evening and he has to find the ‘perfect’ strand. Little quirks

My buns fave foods are junk foods: any bunny cookie-type treat (they love any kind. I usually give Oxbow brand). And bananas.

I put their hay in bins. Bindi usually drags his out to eat it.

They get veggies 3x a day and they eat it all at once. Olivia is a lady and will sometimes leave a piece or two for later but Bindi is a furry vacuum cleaner.

Lancelot – favorite veggies are bell pepper, dandelion, and all fruit. He loooooves his pellets. He will knock the scoop out of my hand while I’m dishing up pellets, and will wake me up during the middle of the night stomping – if his food bowl is empty. He eats orchard hay, in his litterbox. (puppy pee pad, then a sparse layer of wood pellets, then hay). He nibbles on his veggies during the day. What he doesn’t eat, I give to Guin the following morning. He eats more at night. He lives to eat… When I come into his room, he runs circles around my feet, makes that cute buzzing sound, and nips and nudges, until I give him either food or petting. He has picked up weight since I brought him home. I can still feel his skeleton, but the vet says he is a good weight. Says wild bunnies aren’t round, they are sleek like a Cheetah.
Guin – She doesn’t attack her food like Lancelot does, but she eats everything I give her, where he leaves his less favorite. His previous owners fed him candy and chocolate… so it’s a process getting him use to different veggies. Guin is the furry vacuum cleaner. She eats his leftovers, any fruit or vegetable or herb I give her, and any type of grass I pick for her. Any hay, also in her litterbox. I don’t offer hay outside the litterbox, to maintain their litter habits. She eats her food in one sitting. She is round – plump – big girl. The bet won’t offend her by telling me that she is overweight – but I know he thinks that…

Their favorite food is the cookies I bake which have no preservatives, ground pellets or added sugars.

They eat half of their greens, then wander away and come back later. They get greens twice per day.

Their hay is in their litter box.

My Henry literally climbs my body to get his morning craisin (naughty boy – sweets before breakfast ). If the bag was big enough he would stick his head in and help himself! And he lovvvvessss nanna! If we need him, we strip a banana and he can’t help himself and comes out of wherever to get it – he’s such a nanna tart!

Because Henry doesn’t have to share (our dog’s don’t like veggies, lol!) he takes his time eating his vegetables overnight – he gets his veggies for dinner like we do. And he gets his pellets for breakfast like we eat our cereal. His hay gets put in his undoored house to try and keep the mess contained – but he does NOT like it in his litter tray… again he’s like us and doesn’t eat where he poop’s!

To think I thought he was a silly bunny? NOPE! Clever bunny…… Lol!

Henry is THE cleverest bunny, Andi!

My buns like different things. Yohio loves yarrow and hawthorne berries, Bam is more of an apple-twig-afficionado.

I have recently started making cookies from hay and apple. They are much appreciated by both buns. Plus the dog, because contrary to Andi’s dogs, my dog LOVES vegs.

Don’t tell anyone bam, but when we have MacDonald’s fries we have a line up in front of us – 3 dog’s and a bunny and Henry wants his chip! He loves chips! (I think you call them fries???). I know he shouldn’t… but how do you not give him a bit? He he he he…. We can’t give the dog’s one and not Henry. But as bam and few other’s know – my Henry eats the dog food! NOT fair that he eats their food but they don’t eat his – talk about being ripped off!

LOL!

What’s your bunny’s or bunnies’ favorite food(s)?
Mr Roger, before he passed, was a kale fiend. He went wild for it but would eat pretty much anything.
George loves little gem lettuce more than anything, she also lives scavenging in our bins.
Charlie is a pellet monster. Any pellets. We’ve being trying to transition George from her junior ones to adult ones and he tries to steal those even though he’s on an entirely different pellet. He also likes all greens he’s tried.

How do they prefer to eat their hay?
Mr Roger liked his in his tray. He likes the hay to one side and toileting on the other side. He was our easiest hay bun.

George loves eating hay. She prefers to dig it straight out the bag (we gave her and Fred a wide choice when they were ill). Failing that she likes it in her tray but in both situations she prefers to toilet on it so now she has a rack above her tray.

Charlie would prefer to decline this question. He wants pellets. With pellets restricted he’ll eat in when shut in the cage and sometimes in the pen (basically, the less distractions the more he eats) or when George is eating. He also tends to throw more into his tray than he eats.

Do they eat their veggies all at once or throughout the day?
Mr Roger had way more so he’d gorge but have some left over.

George picks at them throughout the day.

Charlie is a greedy pig and scoffs as many leaves as he can fit into his mouth.

Billy my Flemish Giant loves his tucker..

He has a constant supply of a gourmet rabbit mix, it has everything in it, hay, lucerne, pellets, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, molasses etc.

He has free roam of the backyard so grazes on grass, dandelions, throughout the day.

Just before dark he gets put away into his bed and he gets his dinner which normally consists of lettuce, snow peas, pear, banana, apple, cucumber, carrot, broccoli.

Plus a couple times a week he gets a handful of gourmet bunny treats.
