timothy sneezing? does this sound likea a rabbit sneeze

  helloo.. I am nervous that my rabbit has snuffles. he acts normal and is just as energetic as he usually is.
  but every now and then you can you hear a really fast “chhhh” noise. kinda like when we breath out of our noses. just much faster and stuff.. I cant see discharge becausr hes got a white face. but his nose is jinda moist or damp. ughh. I just got him a month and a half ago he is my first rabbit so im new to rabbits and really paranoid about his health! and i havent found a vet for him yet..

  You should have him vaccinated and checked by a vet first thing…. I have my first bun too and he sneezes sometimes like ten times but it’s only if he licks my neck as I use quite heavy perfume…. so it could be a smell as they are very picky on perfumes and smells. If I was you, I would have him checked by a vet, people say you have to get super bun vet but where I live (and I don’t drive) we have just normal vets(online they say they do rabbit care too but they only have one person for this), so I got him this bunny plan for whole year and he got vaccinated and sorted and I got another six visits for him – they only have one rabbit nurse but they still look after him properly and rabbit nurse was there to hold him and show vet what is the best way to vaccinate him and after he will get his vaccinations you don’t have to be worried any more or at least you can chill out a bit

  What type of hay are you feeding? Is it dusty? Has he been doing this since you brought him home?

  yeah. I can’t find a vet anywhere near me though.. and my bunny has always stayed energetic and I dont think he sneezed alot. maybe he did.. and such and I feed him timothy hay. not sure if dusty. possibly since the stacks I give him are full of smaller pieces.

  little update thingy.. I observed him today. I notice he sneezes when he is in his cage or sniffing around the carpet when out of cage… could it be the dirt or other particles making him sneeze as he sniffs the carpet? this is just a small observation by the way.
