so my little lop bunny Burnt about 2 years old she a female not desexed yet , she been acting a bit off as of lately. she been licking the couch which she never done , she all so started to try to eat my hair i off course tell her off and not let her do so.  this just started a few days ago a few day’s after we noticed she been drinking a lot more then normal like a lot more then she normally has , she did just get on to a pallet based diet a while ago. so we took it off her to see if that would be any better and just let her feed on her hay witch she does not mine at all with maybe a carrot , but she seems to still be drinking a lot a day after we took it off her. i have no idea if its because she growing up or if she has some kind of urine problem but whats trowing me off too is she acting differently but she still a super loving rabbit like she all was been she a lovely lop dwarf rabbit.

Rabbits can become ill pretty quickly, so it’s always wise to take her to the vet to be checked out. Do you give her greens to eat? The hay is good for her, but you might also give her a gentle green like green leaf or romaine lettuce that is washed. The moisture in the greens may have her drinking less water directly. Still get her examined though.

Would you get her spayed now? A female that isn’t spayed is at high risk of getting cancer, and that would be hard for both you and her. She’s at a good age for the procedure, so when you take her to your vet to be checked, ask the vet about the procedure.

Excessive thirst is a classic sign of diabetes.

The hair eating could either be grooming behavior or a need for protein.

Excessive thirst can be a sign of very many health problems. In an unspayed female I’d think pyrometra or some other reproduction organ related thing.
Try to get a urine sample to bring with you to the vet. That will help a lot with diagnosing her.
