  My name is Miriam and my love is called Pippin. He is very new 13 weeks old and he has huuuuge ears ! Really big ! haha he is black and he loves me and I do love him too ! He ate cable for our new recliner but I am on it already Don’t go for ”I don’t need cable protection cause my bunny doesn’t bite them” cause you will end up like me xxx

  Welcome to BB.
  My bunny is a terror when it comes to wires and cables. She just almost destroyed the charger to my mother’s laptop she had just bought while I was borrowing it for an hour or two. Luckily, I caught my bun RIGHT as she was champing down, so she did no damage at all to it-Phew!

  My bunny actually chewed through 5 iPhone cables.. Her favorite thing to chew is earphones but thankfully its not too bad now. Hope to see pictures soon !

  Oh no ! Pippin decided yesterday my partner’s headphones are not worth anything and literally went through them three times LOL they were old ones but he has really expensive pair so now we close bedroom door and only leave hallway and kitchen open when we are busy …. if I am on my own at home I have much more time for Pippin, so then I don’t mind him going wherever he wants

  Bunnies do love cables, esp the flimsy ones to phones and headphones etc. It’s a bit of a nuisance. You do learn to keep stuff like that in places inaccessible to your rabbit, but it’s a bit of a learning-curve, of course.

  Bam yes, I have learned my lesson now as he disconnected our recliner, I had one day electrician course so I learned how to connect cable once it’s separated LOL ! I have done it yesterday and also have those cable safe wraps on their way to me haha I will make it indestructible !

  That’s so great, a one-day electrician’ course should be mandatory for all bunny-owners!
  
  I have cable covers on virtually all cables now, even in the kitchen where my buns seldom go. The first cord that got chewed here was the Internet cable. So not funny!
