Today Coco has started to make little sneezing noises. But, while he make them, he also shakes his ears a little bit. He is very active, has a healthy appetite and defecates and urinates regularly. Please tell me what this is ASAP. Thank you.

Sneezing that persists (as opposed to the odd sneezing from getting hay dust in the nose) can be pasteurella or an upper respiratory infection. If he keeps sneezing, you should make an appointment with a vet so he can get medicine.
