Hi everyone..So next week I’m getting a rabbit but I’m having a problem with the grass to feed him.

There is a land plot with my house and it is full of grass.

I don’t know whether to feed him that grass or not

Here are some pics of that grass:

Should I feed this grass (long one) or not?

        Ty

          Hi!

If the bunny is young, like 8 weeks, it’s not recommended you give him any greens at all. 12 weeks is an appropriate age for introduction of fresh greens like grass, lettuce etc. Until that age, a young bunny should have unlimited pellets (never muesli, just plain pellets), unlimited hay and preferably alfalfa hay.

PS: I removed the duplicates of your pics. To me, the grass on the pic looks fine, but I’m not a grass-expert. Where I live, virtually all wild grasses would be fine to feed to a rabbit, but I don’t know how it is in other parts of the world. Where do you live? I mean what country or general area, please don’t be specific since this is the Internet.
