What are the exact timings my bun should be asleep and when should she be active ?

There are no exact timings! Most adult bunnies are active in the morning and in the evening. Most of the day, they sleep. Most of the night, they sleep. Babies tend to sleep more than adults. Many rabbits adjust their sleeping after their humans. I can say that mine have a longer active period in the evenings than they have in the mornings.
          But there are indvidual differences.

I want to remove her for play time when she is active. What time would you recommend ?

Evening, I’d say. My boys start their active time around 6 PM-ish, then keep activity up until bedtime. Not incessant activity of course, but they come out from their daytime dwellings (under a table and the bed respectively) and join in the activities in the household.

Thank youu! Are your boys free roam all day Or do they stay in a cage until playtime ?

My boys are free roam all the time, but they don’t play during the day. If I shake the treat-jar they come running, but other than for that, there’s very little activity, basically none.
