Again another concern for me but not as bad as my recent posts, as they say curiosity kills the cat lol, my rabbit who always curious about new things ate avocado leaves from the backyard luckily to say she only ate two leaves that was on the avocade plant? I’m worried though will the avocado leaves make her sick or is it fine for her to eat it? I don’t want her getting sick with a bad tummy again?

What kind of avocado was this? Guatemalan avocado (the kind you find in grocery stores) has persin in all parts including the leaves. Rabbits are especially sensitive to this toxin and it can lead to difficulty breathing and fluid build up around the heart.

Do you have a poison control center you can call?

I’m not sure how much effect two leaves would have, but I would suggest consulting someone to see if there is anything you can do. Is your bunny acting normally?
