Im just making sure that when she lays like this she is comfortable.  She can lay like that for an hour at a time sometimes.

She looks comfortable. Bunnies often like to lie on elevated surfaces, like in this case the roof of her house. They like to have an over-view. In nature, rabbits don’t have bedding in their warrens (except for the newborns, the mother pull off her own fur to make a nest for them). I don’t think you need bedding in all her cage, it might confuse her regarding toilet-training. Hay and a flecce-blankie/ pieces of a fleece blankie should be enough.

Some bunnies like to hang out in their litterboxes or even lie across their food-bowls.

Sometimes, the weirdest positions seem to be comfortable for rabbits. As a baby, Tossu exemplified this…

im kind of scared.  I know my bunny is only 9 weeks old but she has been like this the last 2 hours everytime i touch her she gets up and walks around eats drinks then goes back.  She ran around for like 3 hours today.  Could she just be tired?

My rookie lies like that for hours at a time. He basically starts at around 11 am and till about 5pm ish he just gets up to eat and goes right back to lying down and sleeping. He did that when he was little. He is approaching 6 months now but he did that from week 6
