Are you sure its diarrhea cause it could be runny cecals since diarrhea is rare in rabbits.

Clean it with a gentle baby wipe and feed her lots of hay and dont give her watery veggies such as cucumber. If she stops eating or drinking and just flopping and seeming tired she will need to be seen by a vet. Alsso if she gets worse in 24 hours she will need to be checked up by a vet.

If the diarhhea is continuing please take her to a vet immediately, it may be a bacterial or parasitic infection. Give her hay only to try and increase the fibre in her tummy and make sure she is drinking water as the dehydration from diarhhea can kill a bunny very quickly.

I think you should contact a vet, since you also have a problem with your bun getting urine on herself when she pees. That + the runny poop may mean your bunny is sick and needs medicine.

I’m glad the diarrhea stopped, it probably wasn’t diarrhea then, but sticky poop. Lots of hay is the best thing for that.

If a bunny gets sticky poop on his/her bottom and hind legs, you can do a butt-bath. It means you don’t bathe the whole bunny, just the rear end. Then you pat the bunny down gently with a microfiber towel (microfiber towels are the best because they are super-absorbant, but a regular towel will of course also do). You probably should try to clean her down there + inner thighs so you can put a barrier cream on the skin, that will protect the skin if she gets urine on herself. And if it goes on, (the urin-problem I mean) you do need to see a vet.
