When I first got my bunny Alfie he was completely litter trained but recently I went on vacation and had to leave him with a bunny sitter and when i got back he seemed to have totally stopped using it. After I brought him home he got a bit better with it but there is still a ton of poop outside of the box and he still occasionally pees in random places. He doesn’t seen to be getting any better. How do I retrain him to poop and pee in the litter box?

How old is Alfie? Is he neutered?

Then I would attribute his loss of litter box habits to puberty. He’s becoming sexually mature and feels an urge to mark his territory. This is normal and not because you left him with a sitter.
