We took Rosie to the vet on Saturday who said she has an early stage of Snuffles (pasteurella) and gave her some antibiotics for the next 14 days.
This afternoon her poops are a bit runny. I am assuming this is normal, the vet said this medicine is the least effecting on their digestive system thankfully.

She’s eating and drinking fine otherwise. Any advice?

Ring and report this to your vet. Poop should never be runny.
          What antibiotic is she on?

It is often a good idea to give a probiotic like Bene-Bac Plus when giving antibiotics to a rabbit. That keeps their digestive flora in balance. You can get that at your vet’s office or some brands in pet supply stores. Ask your vet about it first to make sure that he or she agrees that it will be beneficial for your rabbit.

She is on Enrofloxacin. I asked the vet abot a probiotic for her and she said this one isn’t hard on their digestive system like most.
They poops aren’t super runny, but I noticed one poop was with a few normal pellet poops in there.
I’ll be giving them a quick call tomorrow and ask if they can get me the Bene-bac plus for her.

                Ah ok. That’s a relief!

It could just be a bit of stress from the vet visit and the medicating.
