        Hey all.

Completely unrelated- I don’t use forums ever. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to post- forgive me if it’s wrong in any shape or form.

I own a New Zealand white male named Valentino. No one knows how old he is. I got him 4 years ago, so he’s at LEAST 5 years old, but he could infact be much older. The vets told me they couldn’t give an estimate. He is not neutered, and gets fed a cup of Small World pellets a day, with unlimited timothy hay and water. He is about 10 lbs.
In December of 2012, he randomly became anemic. He was given iron supplements, and was fine short after.

As of today, I notice he has a partially cloudy eye. His appetite has decreased somewhat. This morning he only ate 3/4 of what he typically eats, but he’s still eating. I notice he’s not as excited to greet me as typical, either. I’ve made a vet appointment for August 3rd, but I just wanted to get everyones input. I’m starting my first year of college August 22nd, so money is tight right now. I always set aside an emergency veterinary fund, incase something like this were to happen, but that only amounts to $300.
He’s an indoor bunny- though he goes outside in his rabbit pet occasionally.

        Fingers crossed he’ll be okay.

Could be an injury or a cataract. It’s hard to tell from the pictures. A vet would need to examine it, possibly with dye if they thought the cornea was scratched.
