I just got a second rabbit two days ago. I’ve been bonding them and they’ve had 5 sessions together (one today). They sometimes flop near each other and they lay down in the bathtub at the same time, but my female is scared of my male when he moves towards her. Should I let them eat their greens together tonight?

Don’t rush it. Take it slowly, allow her a separate space where she feels safe, and continue to supervise their meetings. There’s no hurry, and if you feed them separately for a while you will be sure both are eating well.
