        Hi guys!

Okay so earlier today I noticed that my male rabbit Sammy had a red nose. He lives with a female, Georgia, but her nose seemed fine to me. Sammy’s nose didn’t really feel wet and his eyes seemed fine, and he was hopping around like usual. They both live in a large outdoor pen with a roof and a wood floor, so I’m not sure what caused his nose to be red. This morning, I was holding a hay toy and Sammy was chewing it but accidentally caught the tip of my thumb, causing it to bleed. I thought that maybe some of my blood could’ve gotten onto his nose, but it seems to be kind of beneath his fur, not on top of it. Did he cut his nose somehow? Did Georgia bite him or something? They’ve been bonded for a while and have so far had no health issues, and they’re both obviously fixed. I will keep checking them both over the course of the next few days, but I’m just worried about my little bunny. Does he have some sort of infection or what? Any help and/or ideas would be deeply appreciated by both Sammy and me. Thanks guys!
