If so, how did it go? My three year old rabbit has cateracts that appear to be progressing pretty quickly and you can tell that her sight is deteriorating. She still gets around fine and seems happy, I’d just hate for her to live her whole life blind. I’m just worried about the potential risks of cateracts removal and if it would even be fully successful. Has anyone had experience with this? Any advice would be great!

No experience with that, but I did own a blind bunny. Most people asked if I was “sure” he was blind-he got around wonderfully and it didn’t seem to bother him at all You just make some habitat changes (no stairs, drops or dangers) and they really do adjust!
