I have been working in a neutral space to bond my male and female, they seem to be bonded, share a hutch and sleep nose to nose. I am scared to move their cage into my bedroom as this was the female’s space before my male was introduced. She was territorial of the space when I first brought my new male home. What should I do?!

If you really want to move them into your room, you want to make your room seem more like an unfamiliar area to her. Clean your room really well (50/50 solution of vinegar/water wherever possible and especially where her cage was).
