Oh you mean plastic dolly? Well the hair maybe a problem if bunny eats it, if you go in the pet shop there are teddy bears and dolls specially made for bun buns, so if bunny decides to eat it there is no problem

You would hope any toy made for a baby is safe….I guess I would say make sure it’s not made in China but otherwise assume if it’s safe for a baby, it’s safe for a rabbit.

Also, make sure the toy is a solid plastic. I’ve noticed that some baby toys are more rubbery for teething, or the plastic is quite thin/bendy and those would not be suitable for rabbits. Some good toys are the plastic keys, stacking cups, rattles.

Looking at the picture, it seems like it would be okay for a rabbit.

It doesn’t look like it has anything soft or squishy on it, but it might be a little heavy for bunny to toss. If you haveva Kroger anywhere near you, some of them carry the original style hard plastic baby keys really cheap (like $1.50) in their baby section. They’re light enough to toss and shake. Also, baby stacking cups (nesting cups) are great for bunnies too. All three of my bunnies like to knock them over and toss them.
