My 2 year old bunny throws her litter box over. Is there something I can hold it down with so she won’t throw it over? The one I have no is clipped to the cage but I don’t think it’s big enough.

OK don’t panic, Olly used to do this, is it in bunny’s usual corner? Is this first time potty training? If it is, place some of the poop if you can in the tray, she might just use It, with Olly it was weird he threw it about and in the night tinkled and pooped in the empty litter tray after balancing it some how on his food bowls and since then has used it but has moved it once when his sleeping box was too close to it and prefers to sort it to how he wants )putting in hay and throwing out the sawdust,) anything empty is a toy to a bunny, if it is a triangular one could you make two holes and tie it to bars of the cage?

I believe it’s in her usual corner. Yes first time potty training. I have a corner one that you can hook on to the cage but I think it’s too small. I have the food and water over the litter box but I think it’s too small for her. I was wondering what I can do to make it heavier so she won’t flip it over.

Are the food bowls and water too close to the tray? Because if she is reaching for food she might knock it.

Moshi used to drag the litterbox around, even with Marlee in it! We ended up using heavy duty velcro to attach the litterboxes to the floor pan of a dog crate. Worked like a charm!

The food is attached to the cage so is the water. There’s a food and hay manger that you can clip to the cage so it won’t get knocked over. I should try Velcro, That’s a good idea. I don’t have a dog crate. I have the Halogen Living World cage from Petco.
