My bunny ( 2 year old Netherlands dwarf) had a hairball and hay stuck in her mouth tonight, I got it all out and gave her a little food to make sure she’s eating and she ate her pellets and greens fine. However she keeps licking her paws and cleaning herself. She’s also laying out flat and breathing rapidly. And let me pet her while she was laid out. It’s very unlike her to let me touch her while she’s laid out flat and I’m wondering if she’s sick or maybe something is off? I found 1 flea on her bowl yesterday morning but that cleaned out her room and didn’t find any others. I don’t know if that matters though.

How is your bunny doing today? Is she eating/pooping normally?

As for the flea, if you found 1, it’s probable there are others. You could give her a treatment of Revolution. You can get this at your vet and he/she can make sure you give the correct dosage for the weight of your bun.
