  Hi I’ve been reading the forums for a few weeks now to get some information, so decided to join!
  I have my first ever bunny called Winston, he’s about 13 weeks old and a Holland lop (I think). We got him at 7 weeks old and enjoy having him around (although sometimes I wonder what we’ve let ourselves in for!)
  Winston seems to be a happy bun, loves his pellets and spring greens and binkies around at 8pm each night.
  I worry that he’s not completely happy because he hardly flops to relax, but I suppose he’s still young.
  I’m not sure how to add a poic but I will when I know!

  Welcome! A new bunny is always so exciting, I am sure he is adorable!
  Just because he doesn’t flop doesn’t mean he’s not happy. Different bunnies do different things to show happiness, he sounds pretty content to me.
  There are a variety of different ways to add a picture. You can click on the blue reply button near the end of the topic, then scroll to the bottom and attach using the “attachments” tab. You can also use the html code from a picture sharing site, such as photobucket.

  I’m a new bunny owner too and I didn’t know bunnies show happiness by flopping to relax. My bunnies do that a LOT and I thought my bunnies were bored so I was worried about that. But now I know it’s a sign of happiness, I don’t have to worry about that anymore!

  Here he is! Can anyone tell me if he is a Holland lop? I think I just guessed that’s what he is after googling pictures.

  He looks really big to be a holland lop but he is super adorable for sure. Caleb was about a pound or so *didn’t weigh him when we got him* at about 4 months old but now he’s about 3 pounds and is almost 3 years old. I would say maybe french lop? they still look similar but are bigger

  The picture may be deceiving, I just measured him and he’s around 28cm nose to tail. I couldn’t be too accurate because he’s busy playing haha. I think he’s tiny for a bunny! The lady at the pet shop said he’s a dwarf lop, but didn’t say which country!
  
  Also, for scale I just measured the floor tiles that he’s sat on in the pic, they’re 15cm wide.

  Sometimes pictures are deceiving lol I don’t measure by length, I measure by pounds…just a personal preference I guess. plus like you said it’s really hard to measure with them moving all the time
