As some of you know Olly has been a monster since I got him, but now Olly has calmed down, I can sleep through the night, he still won’t let me pick him up but that is his decision, but if I feel he is in danger I put my hand round the front of him on his chest and say. “No Olly.” and he will back up, another thing is when he stretches up he likes to be stroked, he pushes past me and does not run away, he sits on my legs and when I am cleaning out his cage he kisses my legs, it made me jump the first time because Olly did go through a biting stage, but that was usually hands and that has been sorted out, it was because I have Psoriasis and the Doctor gave me Aveeno cream which has oats in, Olly loves oats, I also had another skin infection which was smelly and he used to come to me sniff it and run away, but he’s doing very well, but he does not like me wearing shoes for some reason when he is out, he runs into his cage and hides, all I can think of is the people who had him before may have kicked him or thrown a shoe or slipper at him or towards him, (They are the sort who couldn’t look after a pet stone in a matchbox) there is also a big dent in his cage from where something hit it, but he is trusting me and we have had many Eskimo kisses and he has carpet in his cage and a box he likes to sleep in, I’ve always let rabbits chew holes in boxes rather than cut them myself, funny thing is Rabbits arrange their cage to how they want it but we never see them doing it, I clean Olly’s cage next day, or in the afternoon its all moved about to how he wants it

Aww, sounds like he is becoming such a good little buddy. I am glad you are able to give him a better home than before.
I wouldn’t recommend you let him lick skin cream.
