So Pom started nesting. She’s definitely not pregnant. She’s built a rather large nest in the corner (gathered everything she could find and then some.) and has pulled out almost another bunny worth of fur.
We’re currently out of town and were supposed to leave tonight or tomorrow. Will that be too stressful for her? It’s about a four hour drive. She does alright with travel normally, but certainly doesn’t enjoy it. I’m quite worried about her and our vet is closed until Tuesday.

It is possible to leave her here and get her on the weekend, but I’d really rather not as there are no vets nearby and my brother-in-law has severe allergies so they wouldn’t be interacting with her much more than to feed and water her.

        Thanks!

yes nesting bunnies CAN travel it might be a LITTLE stressful but all bunnies will get stressed during traveling. I would bring some of the “nest” with you so she doesn’t get stressed out from leaving it behind. if you have some chamomile give some to her because it will calm her down and make her feel more relaxed and soothed.

If you bring her nest with her, it will likely help her keep calmer than if you left the nest behind
