Last evening, 2 days ago, Ragnar starting favoring her right foot. Yesterday she was fine, running around and binking like normal. But she’s started limping again today. I haven’t seen her injure it and I’m not really sure what’s going on.

I would have a good look at the paw to see if it’s something obvious-like a cut or a hurt toe, or toenail and if you don’t see anything obvious (that’s easily treatable by first aid) then see how Ragnar is tomorrow and maybe see the vet. You don’t want to head into a weekend (emergency vet) with an issue but you have a couple days to look and then get in if needed.

We already looked at her foot. There’s no obvious sores or cuts on the foot. There was nothing obviously wrong with her nails either. I just woke up, but I’m about to let her out and I’ll see how she is.

It could also be leg, hip or back. Is her tail crooked ?

Her tail doesn’t look crooked to me. She’s doing much better today, still walking with a slight limp, but it’s definitely better than it was. Just gonna wait and see at this point.

There hasn’t really been a change. Made an appointment for Tuesday.

btw, I just looked up the background on her and the sister. Thank you for taking them in!

Seems to be a lot of limping bunnies lately. I just dealt with this with Bindi but never found out the cause.

Best of luck at your apt. ((((Ragnar)))

                          Bindi is better. Thanks.

How did your vet apt. go?

Good. She was already getting better on Monday. The vet said everything’s in line, nothing seems broken. He thinks she sprained or strained it and gave her some meloxicam. She was scheduled to be spayed this thursday and he said there was no reason to postpone it. She’s doing much better and putting most of her weight on it. I’m glad Bindi is doing better as well.
