HI! So I’m new to this forum, but I needed to ask some questions so here I am

I Just got a foster rabbit yesterday and she/he (undetermined sex) Is 7-8 weeks old. I noticed after Id let her out of her cage she had peed a red clear substance (unsure if its blood) Into her litterbox, anyone know what is going on?

Has she eaten anything with carotene in it recently? Bunny pee can come in a rainbow of colors, all of which are normal. An orange or reddish tint is caused by plant pigments (carotene). I wouldn’t be worried unless the color is not uniform (e.g. clear with blobs or streaks  of red in it).
