weird hard scab?

  I was petting my bun and notuced a weird hard scab that I could actually grab on to. It felt like a hard peice of plastic, kinda bendy. Upon further discovery it looked like a chunk of fur with a scab uner it and the fur was like a flap. I lifted it and saw blood… but it had a paeice of like connective tissue holding it to the body so it would fall off like and old wound or something that was healing all weird. It almost felt like the skin was growing over itself? Does that make sense? She didnt like me touching it but i got a pic. Any ideas? Other than me touching it she seems fine. Should i get her to the vet?

  No, shes a single bun. Its the size of a nickle or a penny.(the scab) the hole part is like a dime ize maybe smaller? I checked this morning and its all together like i cant lift it. But it looks and feels weird.
