The grey bun is Ziggie or Zigs. The black and white bun is Zoe. They are both 2 year old females. I’ve had Zigs since she was about 6 weeks old, and Zoe I adopted in December 2014 in hopes of having a companion for Zigs. They are both fixed.

Ziggie likes to be alone and hidden most of the day, but she is so friendly in the mornings and evenings. She is free-roaming so her nose is always the first I see at 4 am waking me up for breakfast! I wouldn’t have that any other way. She gives lots of kisses but won’t hesitate to give you a little nip when she does not like what you are doing, such as holding her. I’m pretty much the only person she allows to hold her, and it usually isn’t for very long. She is also VERY territorial. She is not friendly to new people in my home but will come out for a little peak every now and then.

Zoe is very very friendly. She will sit and chill with me watching tv as long as she is getting pets. She will immediately lay flat once she realizes you will pet her. I love that she allows me to hold her as much as I want and even on her back. Her binkys are hilarious. She gets so excited, she runs into things and stomps her feet uncontrollably. Her kisses are so sweet and unexpected. Zoe wants to be friends (and dominant) with Zigs, but Zigs does not allow that. Unfortunately, Ziggie and Zoe do NOT like each other at all. I recently came home to a very bad fight between the 2, and the vet thinks I should find one of them a new home. I do not see this happening… ever! This is what brings me to BB.

I had buns growing up but did not learn the proper care for them until Zigs came into my life. I chose a bunny companion because come on who could resist those faces?! I’m a college student, and adore the joy and love I get from these 2 buns. Couldn’t imagine life without ’em!
