I have a very mischievous bun who loves to chew everything! Unfortunately she’s starting to chew the flooring of her cage which is the peel and stick 1X1 flooring. I’m not sure if she’s eating it or not but she is eating, drinking and pooping just fine. She has plenty of toys and get loads of attention and exercise time. I was wondering if there is any other flooring I could use? Her cage is a x pen, which she loves. Should I try putting down a old sheet instead? Only problem with this is she loves to dig! I should also probably mention that she is a very young bun and hasn’t been fixed yet (will be in a month or so) so could this be something that stops after we get her fixed?

          Ah, chewing is the worst!

I’m not sure what a peel and stick is, is it like a carpet tile? That’s what I’d suggest…
The chewing and digging might calm down after neutering, but it also might not I’m afraid!

The peel and stick is vinyl flooring

            Here’s a link: http://m.homedepot.com/p/Armstrong-Stylistik-II-12-in-x-12-in-Bodden-Bay-Peel-and-Stick-Vinyl-Tile-Flooring-45-sq-ft-case-26291061/100493366?MERCH=RV-_-rv_mobileweb_rr-1-_-NA-_-100493366-_-N

I’m just worried that she will ingest some of the flooring.

Any flooring recommendations that she couldn’t chew up or dig up?
