So Tali had a litter box that attached to the side of her cage, but it is to small for her so I got a new one. This is just a normal cat litter box. She will not stop flinging it around with her mouth and getting the litter everywhere along with her poop. What can I do to get her to stop? Or does anyone have a DIY way to get the litter box attached to the side of her cage?

You could drill a couple of holes in the side of the box and get some plastic zip ties (that release when you want — not the permanent kind), so you can unzip the ties and change the box when needed.

Or you could get clamps (get at a hardware store) and clamp the box to the cage from the outside. May not be pretty, but it may work. I know of a shelter that used that method for bunnies like yours.

Moshi used to drag their litterboxes around (even with Marlee in the litterbox!). We used heavy duty velcro to attach the litterboxes to the plastic base of their “kitchen/bathroom” crate. Works great. We can still takevthe litterboxes out to empty and clean hut Moshi can move them or flip them over anymore.
