So, my 7 year old bunny has started to sleep all day (a lot more than usual), and is losing chunks of
hair, to the point of getting bald spots. He is also not eating as much as he used to. I don’t thinks he’s in pain, but I am soooooo upset thinking that he could be on his way to the rainbow bridge. I’m pretty sure its his time, I’ve just been spending lots of time with him as usual and encouraging him to eat and snuggle. Any advice? I’m so upset, I’m crying right now and I don’t know what to do for him. I don’t want him to leave me!!!!!

It sounds like you should take him to see a rabbit savvy vet for a good checkover, the sooner the better.

Agreed JR, it could be something easily treated with a course of antibiotics or diet change.

I’m definitely going to on Monday. Our vet isn’t open on the weekends
