Linus prefers drinking from a bottle and the one we’ve been using leaks something awful, so we bought a new one for him yesterday. I cleaned it and switched the bottles out(I had school and my mom forgot to change his water today, though there was still some left), but he’s not taking to the new one. Should I wait and see? Or do you guys have any suggestions on what to do? I rubbed a grape along the lip of the nozzle. He drank a bit of it, but I don’t want to risk him dehydrating.

Is it the same kind of bottle or a different kind?

Sorry, I should’ve clarified! It’s a different kind. It’s plastic – as much as I would’ve liked to stick with glass they had no other at the store but the same kind that leaks – and I checked the ball of each one there and that one seemed like it would not drip into my bunny’s fur(which, I will say, it hasn’t!)
Since I posted the thread he’s taken a bit of interest in it – scent marking, etc – and has tried to drink from it some more. I think he might be a little confused, because the old bottle would drip like a faucet while he drank, whereas this one doesn’t.
BTW, sorry if I’m a little redundant, etc, it’s actually my first time posting in a forum of any kind.
