My entire family and I will be going away for 2.5 weeks but we can’t bring the buns. Obviously can’t leave them to starve, so was wondering if  there were places in NYC that offered temporary care for bunnies?

Are there associations that have people fostering bunnies for short periods of time? I suppose in this case, its not necessarily fostering as the bunnies do have a home…

Any other advice/suggesetions would also be appreciated!

        Thanks in advance!

I would contact the NYC House Rabbit Society Chapter and see if they know someone or can offer some advice for your situation:

I imagine their are lots of services -if NYC is new york city? (Sorry if that’s not right! I’m Canadian lol)

Call your vet too-they may board or recommend some pet sitters for you. Do you have any friends or family who would do that for a small fee and/or reciprocating-maybe you can walk a dog for a friend in exchange or something?
