        Heya guys!

Very sadly enough my previous bunny who I posted about, Bright Eyes died a little while back and before that I had tons of stuff going on so unfortunately have not been able to post much about him before… yeah..

However know that he and I were very close and I believe he was very happy. He would come up to us oinking away and asking for pats.

But to the topic at hand, new bunny, just adopted him from the spca on friday (his name is Leo) and he is definitely a lot younger than my last one (don’t worry will post up pics once I get them onto the pc ). He is also fixed so his pee doesn’t smell as bad xP

However I think he might be going crazy. I know about binkies but he doesn’t so much kick his legs up as he just will be there, then will leap up randomly and then just sprint high speed across the room and do this for a little while. It is very funny but I am worried he is doing it because something is spooking him.. any ideas?

To know if they are doing it from being scared or having fun is watching how they do it. I think it is ears pressed on back then ducking in a corner at some point is from fear (might have thumping along with this as I seen peony do that once, might of been from a noise heard outside, I have no idea) But if ears are standing up while the act is just off and on and shows no indication of fear well… just a very happy bunny to do runs… My mom remarked Peony does cray cray runs (sometimes she does 3 or 4 laps in one go from kitchen to my room, though all her tubes and back again). Sometimes the round ends by a hop on my bed.

If it i a lop it is harder to tell by the ear thing (mine isn’t so no personal experience with that but)

Here is a happy lop doin bunny 500 (cray cray runs)

To me your story sounds like a normal happy bunny :3

Sounds to me like he’s just happy.

Hahah @Peony I could watch that all day, it is similar to how my bun is zooming around the house. He has loppy ears and they perked up when I put the video on and he just stared at the screen xP
He doesn’t seem to hide in the corner when he goes to do it he just kinda goes about his usual thing like he just did the most normal thing on the planet.

I’m very sorry to hear about Bright Eyes.

Your bun sounds like he’s just very happy and hyper. Nothing greater to watch than a bunny Zoom and Binky!

@LittlePuffyTail Thanks so much for your sympathies. It was a very heavy loss, he still holds a very special place in my heart

But I have been able to turn the negative into something positive with Leo, and he really has cheered me up over the past couple of weeks.
