I need to give Porky more of the critical care this morning.  The vet told me to store the extra from the batch I mixed up last night in the fridge, so it is cold.  The directions say to use warm water when making it, which I did.

Is the warm water just to make dissolving the powder easier, or is it b/c it should be warm when given to the bunny?  Should I heat it up before I give it to him?

Porky normally only gets cold food.  All his veggies and most of his fruits come from the fridge or freezer.  He gets cold water.  His pellets and hay are kept at room temp.  Is this different though b/c he is sick and may not be holding his normal body temperature?

If I am supposed to heat it, I can just zap it in the microwave?

I usually take the premix out of the fridge, fill a 10ml syringe and let it sit till it reaches room temperature.

I just gave it. I called the animal hospitals pharmacy dept. Her suggestion was similar to yours but a bit faster. She told my to fill the syringe and run the outside of the syringe under hot water from the faucet to warm it up a bit.
