My one year old Jersey Wooly is laying down and breathing somewhat fast, and he’s shaking. I nudged him a bit but he wouldn’t move.. I don’t know what to do, he’s always seemed perfectly healthy before. He’s a bit larger than most Jersey Woolies and he’s had a good appetite. He eats Purina rabbit food, Timothy hay, and fresh romaine lettuce. He does have a brother living with him, they’re bonded and they’re both neutered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not an expert by any means but I’ve read many rabbit books and did a lot of research before getting these rabbits and I never heard of anything like this.

I think you should get him to a vet to determine if there is anything medically wrong with him.

I don’t have a very good vet for bunnies nearby, but I’m trying to convince my mom to just take him into the vet we do have nearby. I don’t know if she will considering the fact that she knows it’s not the best vet for small animals, but I think it’s better than nothing.

I agree, a vet would be better than nothing. How long has he been acting like that? I have a wooly too. I hope he’s ok.
