My bunny was sitting on my bed with me watching netflix then he decided to hop around a bit. He looked around my bed and seemed to be acting normally but then I heard his teeth grinding as he was hopping around. Whenever I try to google teeth grinding it says it can be that he’s in pain or he’s happy but it always says the bunny is sitting or lying down. Since my bunny was hopping around I don’t know what the teeth grinding means. I put him back in his pen and he went to his litter box right away so maybe he was just uncomfortable because he needed to pee (my bunny is very well litter trained and refuses to pee anywhere other than his litter box)? I just want to make sure he’s okay!!

If he’s still eating, peeing and pooping normally, I wouldn’t worry about it unless it keeps happening. I’ve never seen (or heard) grinding or tooth purring while hopping so I really dont’ have an opinion but if he seems fine otherwise, I would guess he’s fine.
