        Hello!

My girlfriend and I recently rescued a rabbit from a local shelter ( poor guy had been there 4 months and was running low on time!) but while we love him to death: we can’t seem to pin down the breed. His temperament is submissive / very affectionate. We figured this would be the best place to ask, and any help would be very much appreciated.

Here’s Herman! (and I attached a photo of Lily our Netherlands Dwarf for good measure)

        Lily

        Thank you!

I don’t know, there are many different breeds. It might be a Rex bunny tho

Both your buns are just gorgeous! Hard to say on the breed. I don’t see any one breed in this bunny. Most likely a mix. Someone else might have a guess.

Maybe some Polish? He looks quite a lot like Bun Bun but I’m not best at identifying breeds.

He looks too big to be Polish and his fur isn’t Rex type. How big is he? He looks like he has some Sable in him.

I don’t see anything that screams one breed or another. Possibly a lovable mutt.

Our bunny was abandoned at the shelter with no history and is the calmest bunny ever. We think ours is a lovable mutt.
