My little juno adorable. But she behaves so strange some times.

I had to buy her a new water bottle (this one is glass, her old one was plastic) because she chewed right through the plastic one. I’d love some insight into why she thought chewing that bottle was smart. Any answers there?

The weird thing is, she had always been a quiet drinker, but with this new bottle, she keeps making weird gulping noises, it is cute and I assume harmless, but it is really weird. Anything about the bottle that could make her gulp?

When she finishes drinking, she give one loud thump, before heading off to play, what is that all about?

I also bought her a hay weave mat, she loves to chew on it and play with it, but she also loves to give it a few solid thumps, she almost never thumps except for the thing mentioned above and her “no! I don’t like that! Stop!’ Thump, she just… I dunno, likes the sound it makes? Any ideas?

Oh and a small bonus, she REALLY loves when the color red is on my TV apparently she thinks she is a bull?

Thanks to all answers. I love to know what goes on in her little bunny head.

Your bunny sounds so playful and lovable.

With the water bottle problem try using a bowl and that might help. I use one of the bowls that you can attach to the side of the cage and that seems to help with keeping it clean and from being spilled over.

Maybe she is having a hard time with the new water bottle and thumps because she misses her old one. Which, is a real shame she chewed through it hahaha. I have heard that bunnies also thump when their really excited about something, so maybe she just really loves that straw mat. Bunnies have strange personalities and you can never quite figure out what they are thinking.
