So I need toy idea help! Not just any toy (there are some great suggestions here) … so the other day our buns were out and about, and a rubber strap had fallen from my computer cord (maybe a 6 or 7″ by 1″ strap), and Angie hopped over to it and grabbed it, and she was like a dog running away so we wouldn’t take her ball … she hopped behind the table, and eluded me, and hopped into the pen and joyously started playing with her new toy. Now obviously I couldn’t let her keep a rubber strap (not that I cared, I’d have given it to her, but I sensed it would be dangerous to her) …

So what might I give her that’s safe that she’ll love as much? She was so happy with her strap, it was heartbreaking to take it away, especially since she’s such a sweet, gentle, good bunny, like she deserves that kind of happy toy. But I didn’t want her to get hurt.  They have rolling things and paper and wood stuff, and she just doesn’t seem to care … I loved her happy hopping exhuberance with her new, very temporary, toy …

Please help! (Angie’s the black bun … Frankie’s the white one, he’s happy with, like, anything. He likes to pretend to take me down and then hop on top of me when I fall over, lol …)

What about a long strip of woven corn husk or palm leaf? I think you can buy that kind of stuff in the bird section of a pet store. She also might like a baby chain or something similar.
