Moshi has started doing this weird hop thing — its like he starts to hop but stretches out far and then brings his back legs, kindof like he stopped mid hop to smell something and then kept going. He, doesn’t do it all the time, I see him do it maybe a couple times a day at most. He always hops off normally after doing it, and usually then goes into a binky or a bunny 500. Is this normal? Do you think he’s just stretching?

It sounds like stretching. Leopold will seem to stop mid-hop with his back legs stretched out so far that his toes are pointing backwards. He usually yawns though too.

Sounds like stretching! Merlin does that a few times a day as well. Sometimes accompanied by a yawn, sometimes not. It’s a tough life being a bunny

NO idea! (I didn’t want to disappoint you JR), lol!

But I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about, especially if Moshi carries on as normal after. Maybe he learned a ‘new move’ to impress (or show off to) Marlee and thought it was cool???

Thanks. If it was either one of my girls I’d be really worried. Wasn’t sure since its Moshi — I never know what he’s going to do next.
I try to set his bowl and Marlee’s down at the exact same time, but at dinner tonight, I must have leaned a little and Marlee’s bowl touched the floor about a half second before Moshi’s. Moshi literally went airborne and leapt over Marlee and landed with his foot in the bowl. He looked just like a flying squirrel with his feet all pointed outward when he left the ground. That bunny is a mess!
