On so my Journey girl has started shedding like mad!! Any suggestions as to how to keep the fur down and prevent her from ingesting to much hair?

Comb/brush daily during heavy sheds. I use the hairbuster comb from the Binky Bunny store for my lops and a furminator for Kieko. I’ve heard others say that wetting your hands and wiping them over the bunny helps too.

Definitely brushing her would help, I usually just run my hand through her fur & pet her until it stops coming out. Also my bun gets these little tufts sometimes, their basically clumps of fur that are sticking out, usually a bit lighter than the rest of her fur & if you touch the base of it against her skin, it feels like theres a tiny little pebble on the end. Those things I always make sure to gently pull out because the clumps are hard for bunnies to digest & it would cause blockage if she swallowed them all.
