I got this great shot of Pumpkin eating her salad last night. I’d love to see your favorite bunny munching pics!!!
Pumpkin has the best hair! I love that bowl that she’s eating out of. It’s Classy.
Here are some of mine. Ox used to eat his salads on the couch so I’d be able to get really great photos of him eating.
Glamor shot.
Not a glamor shot. lol
Some people pay for expensive juicers. I just put a cup underneath Ox’s mouth. Mmm, recycled mouth juice.
I made Ox a ‘cake’ (it didn’t work out as planned) and my sister decided she wanted some as well.
Ox has really pretty eyes. I had never seen a grey-eyed bunny!
Will get some photos up, I have tons of munching photos-That’s the only time they hold still! LOL
LLH — Pumpkin looks like she’s in heaven with her big salad!
MissG — I LOVE that first picture! The lighting is so perfect. That sweet pic ought to be on a calendar!
MissD — Hannah is so photogenic and Buddy is just….squeezable! I could never get a pic of my buns eating off a plate — they always want sit on the plate with the food.
I thought about trying to get a pic of chubby-cheeked Marlee munching, but she’s molting so bad right now. Her little face looks a bit like a bad Michael Jackson plastic surgery pic right now, complete with bad makeup. She doesn’t even look real.
I love love love everyone pic’s! Especially yours MissGabbster – the one with Ox and your sister sharing Ox’s cake – too funny! And tell your sister she is adorable too!
I can’t seem to get one of Henry eating…. When he eats, he turns his back to me, like he’s guarding it and saying it’s all mine – don’t touch!
I just want to say that your pics are great.
I don’t have a munching pic, but what I have is a lot of hay and willow-twigs and wilted herbs in my bed. Yohio sleeps in my bed. Now that he’s been ill, I’ve wanted to do everything I possibly could to get him to eat. So yes, he gets his dinner served on my bed.
It’s lovely to wake up in the night at the sound of his munching though. The non-munching period was awful.
Here she was chewing on a blanket. Not eating it thankfully. She’s since decided it’s been modified to her liking and leaves it alone.
And here she is eating from her favorite spot (that was cage cleaning day, obviously a “before” pic…
That little bun LOVES to eat!
MissGabbster-I too love Ox’s eyes. So unique!!!
MissD it’s safe to say that I am madly in love w/ both of your buns, like most ppl on BB. They are so adorable!
Whiskey was just redecorating the blanket–thats all!! I love the stretching pic–its amazing how far a bun can stretch for the right food!

How adorableAnd I just love Pumpkin’s disapproving face in your avatar. Ox is so damn cute!
MissD–thats the first pic we took of Pumpkin…right after we decided to take her home from the shelter. I think she was disapproving of the long process!!
This is what happens when you aren’t quick enough to give Merlin his salad!
Oh my goodness! All these pics are so adorable!
Our camera broke so I don’t have any recent munching photos, but I may be able to find some from last July. Stay tuned.
Miss G. Love that Jersey wooley. Oh I’m going to have another one some day. Just had to say what a cutie he is. It’s too hard for me to put up pictures. Have to have a LOT of patience, which doesn’t happen often.
I love long haired bunnies. Ox is gorgeous. Needs a paper towel for her juicy mess lol. Cotton likes to make a mess on his towel with the berries. Spots of juice all over.
They are adorable pics. Thank you for sharing.
Jo Leigh–I love the face full of salad! Why wait, right?
Isn’t that funny? A new bowl is so fun for US
Apparently it’s not uncommon for gray/blue bunnies to have gray eyes. There’s an adorable pic on google images of two blue babies with gray eyes the same color as Ox’s.
Whisky obviously thought the blanket needed more air flow.
Hahaha, Merlin in the salad bag.
Pumpkin always looks so disapproving. I love it. It’s probably because her lovely bowl is empty!
LLH — All three of mine have special salad bowls, and I have two sets of each in case one set is dirty….nothing wrong with a bunny having special salad bowl!
JR–my husband would freak! haha thats awesome though!
Awww Moxie!!
This thread is so much fun to read!
Hand feeding Gadget some cilantro. I love to make the bunnies sit up for their ‘treat’ foods (no success yet in getting them to spin around for them).
Love those pics gingerg! Pumpkin won’t take any veggies from our hands (but she’ll take pellets and papaya). Our bridge bun Boston would take ANYTHING from hands though. We loved having her stand on her hind legs for parsley (she would spin too!) and feed it to her “backwards” or stem first so she would have a big ol bunch of parsley sticking out of her mouth. so cute!!
Awww, these are all so cute!!! The one of Buddy eating the baby corn is one of my favorites!
I posted some of these before, but here’s baby Oscar trying his first piece of Romaine. I think he liked it.
Sucking on a piece of lettuce…
…
LLH, you’re giving me ideas
Hazel, oh my gosh the lettuce helmet is so cute!
These pictures are so cute! I will have to see what munching pics I have.
I finally got a good pic of Whisky eating her parsley this morning! It’s her favorite green. And she got a big handful this morning because it was getting pretty far wilted and needed to be eaten or tossed.
So good she can’t see!
On to the snow peas!
Hazel Oscar’s got some crazy eyes when it comes to those veggies!
Bam is not a delicate eater
He just takes MOUTHFULS
OMG NBO! LOL! pic #3! CLASSIC!
PS – Good to know we aren’t the ONLY one’s who puts food on our bunny’s head! Lol!
What a piggy, Pumpkin, for such a little bunny! And can Bam fit any more at one time??? Never know when Mom might snatch it back ha ha. Love these close-ups. I’ll have to try w/ Gus, because if he’s not eating and I try a close-up the camera is quickly just filled with a lump of grey whiskers!
NBO–that bowl is so adorable!!
I can tell you’re into fine china LLH. Gus has one of those but I have to tape it down because he dumps it!
Bam’s red pepper lips are just too adorable!
Here’s a pic of Yohio munching hay in my bed. Admittedly it’s a lousy pic and not worth posting but for the fact that it’s been so long since Yohio delved into a pile of hay and finished it. (For those who don’t know, Yohio has not been well for four weeks, probably due to dental issues that are fixed now.)
Awesome to see Bam!!! So glad to see him coming along!
Yes, MegaBunny, I love fine china HA! Actually, we got a great actual china set for our wedding and are going to use it for the first time at Thanksgiving!!!!
Yay Yohio!!! So cute!
Megabunny — Gus communicates through his bowl too huh? Moshi reminds me of people in bars having shot drinking contests…..eats as fast as possible, flips empty bowl, done! Moshi wins!
Well it’s more annoying when the bowl is full! Then there’s the dish banging early in the morning that I’m guessing we all get
LLH. that china sounds like the beginning of a wonderful tradition.
I’m about ready to give up on a bowl for Moshi’s pellets and just pour them on the floor! When I try to set his bowl down, as soon as its within reach, he stands up on his toes and tries to pull the bowl down with both front feet. I’m so afraid he’s going to get the bowl out of my hand one of these days and clonk Marlee on the head with it. As AH would say, dam bunny!

Maybe that’s his plan. He’s trying to make it look like an “accident”…
Little Lion Head: Yeah I love Oscar’s crazy eyes! Actually there was a whole thread about crazy food eyes pictures a little while back.
AndHenry: I’m glad we aren’t the only ones either! I felt bad putting it on his head, but it was so cute! We should start a “Food on bunny heads” picture thread!
Today’s lettuce was extra juicy:
Hazel — How did you get that picture?!?! That is soooo cute!
Hazel, that’s hysterical!
Do others’ rabbits eat that part of the Romaine? It’s not leafy enough for Gus’ liking. I miss having a G. Pig that would eat all the ends of the lettuce

That makes perfect sense! Oscar is a huge pig and will eat anything!
JR: I just held the Romaine in place for him so he wouldn’t move around and started taking a bunch of pictures. Most of them were blurry of course, this is the “good” one.
