        Hi!

Sort of new to Binky Bunny…made an account before then it closed and now here I am!

I have two beautiful Holland Lops! Lily and May.

When I get home from work the first thing I do is let them out so they can stretch their little legs and play for the rest of the night! But as soon as I let them out they circle me…I call it Bunny Orbiting. They weave in and out of my legs making little grunting sounds (equivalent to purring I guess for cats).

Is it just my crazy ladies that do this!? LOL

Omg, I know exactly what grunting sounds you mean. It is ADORABLE! I love it when my Pickleboots does that! He does it when he runs around my room. It reminds me of someone huffing and puffing while jogging for the first time hahaha.

Our Bridge Bunny Boston used to do that!! Pumpkin does it sometimes, but I think it’s when she’s mad at us (cleaning her cage, moving her food, etc.)

My rabbit likes to do this in the middle of the night when I get up to use the bathroom. In the pitch black. Trips me up everytime and then binkies when I turn the light on ha ha

I’ve had my Elsa girl for a little over 4 months now. She was just a baby when I got her. Lately I’ve noticed that anytime I go toward the kitchen she starts the whole running circles around my feet and in between my legs thing! I’m pretty positive she does it because she thinks she’s going to get something to eat! Lol she is not like a bunny, she acts like a cat or something! It’s so funny!!

Pete will do very slow orbits while I sit on the floor. He hops around in circles, stopping about every 2 or 3 hops and nosing my foot, knee, or back. This is generally after he’s done his bunny-500, and occasionally as an intermission from it. To me it often comes off as “hey mom, did you see me? Hey mom.. mom, mooom…” lol
