I’ve had Jude now for 2 months as of yesterday and he will be 4 months old in a week! At first I was all worried because the cage I got for Jude in the beginning is too small for him and he is bound to get bigger but I increasingly lessened the time he spent in his cage at night to get him (and me) use to being out of his cage all night and day. Now the only time he goes into his cage is to use his litter box, eat or drink, or eat hay. I do have to put him in his cage for about 30 minutes in the morning when I make my bed and get ready because he’s too nosy and it excites him for some reason! I have filled out a form online for the veterinarian office that is closest to me and rabbit savvy and it was also recommended by the lady who sold me Jude to get him neutered and I am planning on trying to get his appointment during the 2 weeks that I’m out of school for Christmas so that I can be home with him. They haven’t called me though so I might just call them. It’s 100 dollars to get rabbits fixed there..which is very expensive. I’m wondering if the 100 dollars covers a check up too..Jude is happy and healthy and does binkies non-stop all the time. Sometimes he binkies into walls and the mirror in my room or will go to jump into his cage and binky into his cage door! He just shakes his head and goes on with what he’s doing. He loves getting his nightly cuddles and loves getting his head rubbed. Still not too happy about nail trims but sometimes after his nail trims he sits in my lap and purrs! It’s the cutest thing in the world. He has been introduced to kale, romaine lettuce, carrots, raisins, and papaya. He loves his vegetables and eats about a cup of vegetables per day and always gets them at night. Next thing I’m going to introduce to him is parsley and cilantro. I still feed him unlimited pellets and am wondering when I should lessen the amount that he gets per day..He has been getting kind of chubby, I think,  but he still is very small. Just looking at him and guestimating I would say he’s about 2 and 1/2 pounds. He has free roam of my room all the time and gets let out of my room to run around the house every other day for about an hour. He loves to explore and is the nosiest little boy! He uses his litter box almost perfectly! I switched him over to pelleted litter a few weeks ago and he adjusted to it perfectly. He never pees out of his litter box and only sometimes has a poop out of his litter box. He has a wonderful personality and I love him very much

Jude sounds like a sweetie!! $100 is fairly inexpensive for spay/neuter…I think it cost us around $300-$350 when we had Boston spayed in 2008. Introducing new veggies is so fun…I enjoy making Pumpkin her gourmet salad! I’m not sure about the pellets but I’m sure someone will be along who knows.
