Ok so a couple days ago honey’s hormones kicked in full blast, like boom horny bunny. She usually free roams the living room in my apartment and i have a stretched out dog pen separating her from the rest of the apartment but since she has been acting all crazy i have had to limit her space. She has been pooping putside of her litterbox and has been infatuated with my legs, circling  and trying to latch on to me as well as honking a lot. Im at a bit of a loss since the soonest i can get her spayed is december 11th which i have already scheduled unless there is a sooner time when someone cancels but her behaviour just keeps getting worse. I dont like limiting her space but i dont know what else to do since i dont want her to hurt herself…yesterday she jumped right at the pen like straight on and i felt bad since she seems to be going crazy. Should i put her in her cage when im home or is there anything  i can do to help her? Im at school during the day and she is fine during those times its just when im home at dawn and dusk that she act so crazy. She isnt being territorial  towards me , if anything she has chosen me to be her bunny boyfriend , and while im flattered its getting difficult to do daily activities  like feed her and change her water and clean up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would put a stuffed animal in the cage and see if that helps. I have used a chicken from the dog toy department.

I’m with dethroned…our last bunny was horny even years after we got her spayed. She used to mount my hubby’s arm constantly! But we had this hideous blue monkey we got out of some machine and she was content with that.

A “friend” isn’t a bad idea. At the very least, it will provide something to redirect her to when in the act.

How do I get my 5 month old male bunny to stop trying to hump my arms & head when I’m trying to sleep?
